STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
Storage Instructions:
- Store in a cool, dry place away from light and moisture.
- Do not refrigerate or freeze sugar paste decorations.
- If refrigerated, condensation may form causing colour bleeding or softening.
- Once your order arrives, gently remove the decorations from the packaging and place them somewhere cool, dry and open to air circulation. This allows any remaining moisture to evaporate and helps the decorations firm up naturally.
Use By: Best within six months of purchase, but lasts longer if stored correctly.
This item was perfect! Id ordered the treasure chest (other cake toppers in image ordered from elsewhere and quality dofference is clear) and I was concerned because after ordering, I saw expected delivery date was two days after id planned on making the cake. I hadn't seen that they are made to order, meaning the fondant needed time to set before shipping. I always say you can only truly judge how good a company is, by seeing how they deal with issues. I emailed them with my concerns and Dorina Makai herself emailed my back the very next morning saying she would make it first thing and get it shipped in time for when I needed it. That was amazing! And told me two things. 1) the items genuinely are hand made, and made to order. 2) this osnt a large, mass producing company with loads of staff. This means every purchase matters, and that means every oder made will be done so with pride and care. It arrived two days before I needed it and how it was packaged was immaculate. You get a plastic box, lined with protective tissue paper for safe transit, a separate envelope with your name handwritten on it with a voucher for money off next purchase. It literally looked exactly like the image on the website and the service was exceptional. I will definitely be purchasing more items.
