Shipping Policy

We offer shipping within the UK. Delivery times vary based on the delivery method selected.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders containing edible decorations require additional processing time, as they are made to order. These products need a minimum of 3 days for drying before they can be shipped. If your order includes both edible and non-edible items, the entire order will be shipped only after the edible items have completed their drying process. Even if you select an express delivery option, this drying time still applies.

Orders that only contain custom wafer/icing prints, qualify for free shipping within the UK, unless a different shipping option is selected at checkout.

Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day. Non-edible items will be dispatched the next working day. If the order includes edible decorations, shipping will take place after the drying process is complete.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect address information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs for re-delivery.

During peak seasons or holidays, shipping times may be extended.

Orders cannot be split into multiple shipments. If you require separate deliveries, please place separate orders. Each order will have its own applicable shipping cost.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days
  • Express Delivery: 1-3 working days

Important Notes:

  • Free Standard Delivery applies to orders over £30.00.
  • Drying Time: 3 working days (additional) applies to fondant icing/sugar paste, and similar items.

All shipments include a tracking number, which will be sent via email once the order is dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Customers must check their package upon delivery. If the package is visibly damaged, please report it immediately.

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will assist in tracking your package.

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item and packaging and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
